SUPPLY CHAIN
Decisions the enterprises make about the management of their supply chain is a strategic and complex aspect, which can be the difference between having a competitive advantage or being pushed from the market, so that factors such as inventory management and cycle times of the supply and production are important. For this reason, the present article shows a model under a System Dynamics approach that evaluates, through a sensitivity analysis, the impact of these factors in the performance of the supply chain. Interesting findings from an applied case of a company in the Automotive Cluster of Coahuila are presented.
